Our maintenance plans for an oil furnace include the following: The parts detailed are covered should they become defective from normal wear and tear.

• Oil Tank Accessories (indoor 275 gal. $100.00 max job allowance)
• Circulation Motor (one to living room area: $50.00 job allowance for one piece circulator. Each additional circulator can be covered for $25.00 each)
• Aquastat ($50.00 max. parts allowance)

• Thermostat (plain heating only; living room area)
• Oil Burner Parts (burner motor, burner fan, oil
pump, pump screen, ignition parts, burner coupling

Please Note: Cochran Oil Must Supply all of the oil in your furnace to be eligible for and maintain our Oil Furnace Maintenance Plan. Oil Furnaces require clean oil from a dependable, trustworthy source. Cochran Oil must provide your heater oil or the contract is void.

Parts and Services Not Covered
Ductwork, cabinets, insulating material, main power service and electrical wiring, indoor air quality products (i.e. humidifiers, electric air cleaners), system accessories or enhancements, grill registers, diffusers, failures in physical appearance such as scratches, dents, rust, etc., refrigerant systems using other than R22 or R420A, any other part not included in the original manufacture of the system, freight, units over 5 ton (100,000 btu), commercial units, rooftop units, or hanging units.

Heat Pumps operate similarly to air conditioners, therefore our Heat Pump Maintenance Plan includes the same services provided in our Air Conditioning Maintenance Agreement

• Air Conditioner Check-up ($99.99)
  • Check freon pressures, check air filters, check condensation drainage, inspect thermostat for proper function, and check air flow.
• Heater Check-up ($99.99)
  • Inspect heater for safety (all parts functioning to acceptable levels), check air filters, check gas valves for proper pressures.

Note: Either service is available if you choose to purchase a Maintenance Agreement. A tune-up does not provide discounts on parts and labor like our Maintenance Agreements.
