All Cochran Oil drivers are CDL licensed, bonded and insured. Additionally, they are specially certified in the handling of hazardous materials. All drivers undergo periodic safety and handling procedure reviews, and drug testing.
Our fleet of trucks is regularly inspected by the Delaware Department of Transportation for safety and fitness of all mechanical systems. Pumping systems and the accuracy of measuring instruments are tested and certified by the Delaware Department of Weights and Measures.
